Restaurant Manager

JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILL:

Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all activities of restaurant personnel, for continuously improving restaurant sales while keeping cost at a minimum, for ensuring the high standards of food and beverages preparation, service are maintained, for the operation, cleanliness and maintenance of restaurant.

 

EDUCATION:

  • Minimum of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia)

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Work experience in a similar position in Food & Beverage industries for 2 years.
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Good leadership skills/ good training conducting skills/ Strong organization skills.
  • Open minded and outgoing personality.
  • Positive attitude, flexible & well groomed.

Restaurant Supervisor

JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILL:

Responsible for assisting Restaurant Manager in planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all activities of restaurant personnel, for continuously improving restaurant sales while keeping cost at a minimum, for ensuring the high standards of food and beverages preparation, service are maintained, for the operation, cleanliness and maintenance of restaurant.

 

EDUCATION:

  • Minimum of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia)

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Work experience in a similar position in Food & Beverage industries for 1 year.
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work as a team.
  • Good leadership skills/ good training conducting skills/ Strong organization skills.
  • Open minded and outgoing personality.
  • Positive attitude, flexible & well groomed.

Cook

JOB KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

Responsible for supervising, coordinating with the Kitchen Crew to improve and maintain the standard of food. To ensure the cost of production are kept at a minimum and to keep up the high standard of cleanliness with proper kitchen maintenance.

 

EDUCATION:

  • Secondary School Certificate
  • Certificate of Culinary Skill is an added advantage.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 year working as Cook or Assistant Cooks experiences in local / franchise restaurant.
  • Well groomed, presentable and possess outgoing personality
  • Positive attitude, flexible & a team player.
  • Able to understand basic English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Able to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Crew Member

JOB KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

Crew Member will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures (8-Steps Service Guideline), ensuring that a high level of service is maintained. To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent food and beverage service, in a friendly and competent manner.

 

EDUCATION:

  • Secondary School Certificate

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 year working serving service experiences in local / franchise restaurant.
  • Well groomed, presentable and possess outgoing personality
  • Positive attitude, flexible & a team player.
  • Able to understand basic English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Able to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
